  • API Keys: User-provided keys to third-party services (e.g., ChatGPT, Jooble, SalesQL, TheOrg.com) necessary for specific Software features. 

Use of the Website 

By using our Website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Website for any reason, without notice or liability. 

License to Use the Software 

By using the Software, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your License to use the Software at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the Software, uninstall it from your device(s), and note that no refunds will be issued. 

Licensing of the Software 

License Grant 

MyJobOutreach is licensed, not sold, to the User under a single-user, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. This license permits the User to install and use the Software on one device for personal or business purposes related to job hunting and professional networking. 

License Restrictions 

Users are prohibited from: 

  • Copying, distributing, or sharing the Software with any third party without prior written consent from Logos Legacy. 
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Software, except as permitted by applicable law. 
  • Using the Software for any illegal purposes or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions. 
  • Modifying or creating derivative works of the Software or any part thereof. 
  • Renting, leasing, lending, or sublicensing the Software to others. 

License Duration 

The license remains valid unless terminated by Logos Legacy or the User. Logos Legacy reserves the right to terminate the license immediately if the User violates any terms outlined in this agreement. 

License Termination 

Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Software, uninstall it from their device(s), and delete all related files. No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses due to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 

Updates and Upgrades 

Logos Legacy may release updates, patches, or upgrades to the Software. Users with a valid license may receive these updates at no additional cost unless the updates introduce premium features or require a new subscription. Users are responsible for ensuring their device is compatible with any updates or upgrades. 

Ownership 

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and patents, in and to the Software, remain the sole property of Logos Legacy. The license grants the User limited rights to use the Software and does not transfer ownership of the Software or any related intellectual property. 

License Transferability 

Licenses for MyJobOutreach are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Logos Legacy. Any unauthorized transfer, assignment, or sublicensing of the Software License is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the License. If you require a transfer of your License due to exceptional circumstances, such as a business acquisition or legal mandate, please contact [email protected] for review and consideration.

Compliance with Laws 

Users must use the Software in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. 

Account and API Key Responsibilities 

Users are responsible for setting up and managing required API keys for third-party integrations (e.g., ChatGPT, Jooble, SalesQL, TheOrg.com). Users must keep their API keys and account credentials secure and not share them with others. MyJobOutreach is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access resulting from the User’s failure to secure their credentials. 

Usage Policy 

Users may use MyJobOutreach for personal or business purposes related to job hunting and professional networking. Users are prohibited from: 

  • Using the software for illegal activities. 
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to modify the software by any means. 
  • Exploiting the software for unauthorized commercial gain. 

Sales and Pricing 

All prices on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via credit card or PayPal. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or fees will be added to the total purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without notice or liability.

Payment and Refund Policy 

MyJobOutreach is available for a one-time purchase fee. Additional subscription fees may apply for future updates or premium features. Refunds are available only if the User submits a request within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not activated their license. No refunds will be issued for activated licenses or subscriptions. 

Disclaimer of Liability

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before use. Logos Legacy is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions. 

No Guarantee of Job Placement or Success 

MyJobOutreach provides tools designed to assist in job applications and professional networking; however, it does not guarantee job placement, career advancement, or success in securing employment. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all outputs and decisions made using the Software. 

AI-Generated Outputs 

MyJobOutreach utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate content, such as outreach emails, resumes, and cover letters. Due to the nature of AI technology, occasional inaccuracies, errors, or irrelevant suggestions may occur. Logos Legacy is not liable for: 

  • Mistakes or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs. 
  • Decisions or actions taken by Users based on content generated by the Software. 
  • Legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from AI-generated outputs. 

Third-Party Services and Integrations 

MyJobOutreach relies on third-party services and APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, Jooble, SalesQL, TheOrg.com) for certain features. Logos Legacy is not responsible for: 

  • Failures, inaccuracies, or downtime of third-party services. 
  • Changes to third-party APIs that may affect the functionality of the Software. 
  • Any breaches or misuse resulting from User-provided API keys or credentials. 

Cybersecurity and Data Protection 

While we employ industry-standard security measures, Logos Legacy does not guarantee that the Website or Software is free from vulnerabilities, viruses, or other harmful components. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their devices and networks when accessing MyJobOutreach.
